Since we tore apart the Rocker in another thread I’d like to add another irritation to the mix.

Did anyone notice how they got 6 gallons out of a 5 gallon gas tank??

They closed up the tunnel area under the tank, BUT, in order to get the extra room they relocated the top stabilizer link to the front of the head. Now they got the butt ugly stabilizer link w/butt ugly bracket right in eye site. This, I don’t understand. :banghead: :banghead:

I am perfectly content with 5 gallons and would much rather have 5 gallon gas tank then have to look at the butt ugly stabilizer link. Take a look next time you are in the Stealership and bitch at the sales person. Bitch just for the fun of it if nothing else.

Another reason to keep my old bike.

I noticed that the other day. I didn't notice the stabilizer but just that the tank looked as though it was going to explode with botulism. Not very attractive. I wonder how many of those designers have ridden through 5 gallons without stopping?

I don't know if you all were able to watch it on Speed TV, but they had a detailed show, highlighting the greatness of the Rocker. They called Speed Road test. It looks OK, but I was not impressed.
