    I've got a 04 FLSTC:
    95", low comp flat tops
    Daytona twin tec ign
    V&H pro pipe
    HSR 42 Mikuni
    Oil cooler
    Andrews TW-37 Gear Drive cams
Any advice on rather having the heads ported or just outright purchase of new heads such as Delkron,S&S,etc...

www.motorcyclemachineshop.com is Short block charlies site, they do a scotsman hopup, great price good work reasonable turnaround.

Some folks had problems a short while back but the shop was overwhelmed by orders after a huge positive write up in the Hot Bike magazine.

You'll spend way less $$$$$ getting your heads done and SBC works a lot with andrews tw-37B cams.

Try Jerry Brach - http://www.branchflowmetrics.com/Introduction.htm. Probably the best heads available.
