    I picked up a CV carb 27414-99B. There is a black fitting on it at the back side behind the fuel inlet(in front of fuel inlet in 1st pic) and it appears to lead to a port right in front of the throttle plate. Anyone know what it's for??

    it is the vacuum port for the factory fuel petcock..vos...just block it off if ya dont need it.....

    Thanks chuck...I thought the vacuum petcocks just T'd off the VOES. I have a rubber cap to cover it, I'll stick with gravity:) No overflow tube or drain screw on these newer CV's either, an older float bowl should bolt on tho,right??
