    Needs a pressure washer first and some new parts and please adjust that slack in the chain.

    Well, I guess it could use a drop or two of oil, but other than that looks like practicly new.

    Looks like the primary leaked dry about 3 years after it was washed LOL... wash n a shoe and he's good for 15 more
