BIL was showing me a Windam AR-15 style 308 Rifle he bought. Said he had some special coating.
Didn't catch everything. I was talking to my OL and my SIL at the same time.

He was stating they are selling them cheap right now to get them on the market.
And they are gonna jump up on the prices.

    Got a 223\556

Would like something with more knock down and a more accurate shot like a 308

Why you got so many pistols. Ya only need ONe.

Got to be a limit for how much I will pay.
If I'm gonna pay that I might as well buy a Les Baer.

My 30-06 is an older one and is a bolt action. My 30/30 is also an older one. My 444 I bought new back in 82 and its one heck of a shooter with massive knockdown power. Had an old original German 8mm Mauser and let it go, should have kept it. My 6.55 Swedish Mauser is full military but need a bayonet for it.
Don't have any AR type rifles but with the way things are going in this country should get one.

    My old 1913 Swedish Mauser

The One I got my Dad bought back in like 1963 when I was 13 yrs old.
It was still packed in Cosmoline.
He took it out of the packing and cleaned it up.
And a friend of his had been in the military gave him over 500 rounds of army per sing rounds.
His gunsmith buddy down the street cut the stock down on it so it didn't go to the end of the barrel.
It has windage and elevation sights.

    Its a Remington 03A3 3006
Seems they was made in 1943

    Here is something on it.
