Can relate, have the road king together and wish for a 50 degree day with no salt on the road. Motor sounds great after top end job, took my own route, thank all for the input from all that responded.

Actually it is nice, Friday I'm riding up to Daytona for the start of Bikeweek
then Sat my wife flys out for a week, so all bike week I gotta drag my arse out
of bed, check to see if I need SPF 50 or 90, put some cigars in the tour pack
and maybe put a long sleeve T shirt in the bags for the haul home at night, even worse I might get to see some hooters for free...

It's gonna be 60 here this weekend and last year I did just under 19,000 on the bike. Me and Maddog put some serious miles on last year.:)

Oh, man, that sucks. We've been having some rather nasty weather here, for N.C., though not as bad as you. High winds yesterday with a sleet/snow mix and cold, cold, cold. More of same today though the precipitation may end.

However, we get a break over the weekend with temps possibly reaching mid to upper 60s by Monday.

    Weather's like a dang roller coaster right now . . .

Made about 5000 miles on my bike last year. That's what I usually get on my truck LOL. But Mac the Wife takes it to work every day so I don't get to drive it much anymore. Would have gotten maybe 6000 on my shovel, but bike was down a lot. I'm impressed by the miles some of you guys ride.

Snow isn't heavy and roads are still ok. The village is flooding with the high tide again (it's becoming the norm now). Winds are F N crazy, our trees have been taking a beating this year. My property is almost entirely cleared of them and the couple that are still standing have many broken limbs and look like heck.
BUT, we are supposed to get into the upper 50's Sunday into Monday, I just hope the snow we get through today and tonight is allgone by Sunday morning and the roads are clean! St Paddy's Parade for the club on Sunday after a club brunch then a ride after the parade. Erin Go Bragh! + Achdung!!

heater got to 45 yesterday, went to town on the scoot and took the better half to lunch, went over to the HD to antagonize them (really, the dealer walked away LOL) then trip trotted on back to the house. Parked it back in the shop and looked at my sons wall shaker setting there being neglected (as he's still at Purdue). figured i oughta give it a little exercise also so back to town for the heck of it. Gonna see if I can repeat it today supposed to get to the mid 50s before the storm.

Really sorry to hear your having such bad weather. Ours has actually been pretty mild this year but we've had ours in years past. Hope you get a riding in soon.
