    World's Fastest Helicopter

    Last month, Sikorsky tested its X2 coaxial-rotor helicopter and achieved a speed of 260 knots. For those of you not versed in ancient maritime and aviation speed units, that makes this particular helicopter the fastest on the planet by about 100 of such knots.
