    This IS truely amazing. I loved my machine shop work and if Uncle Sam had not chnged my direction from Machinist (Raytheon - Missle Systems Division) to Health Care, I would have still been in it - If I didn't get laid off which Raytheon was famous for. But I still love to mess around with metal, make things and do my own repairs. But to make a functioning V-12 and then to watch the small bits of work that he captured on film, I can imagine the detail as he fashioned the entire engine. Machinists are quickly becoming a lost art in favor of mass production.:D:D:D

    That's very cool, the amount of work is amazing
    and it's basically jewelry, who wouldn't want that on a desk.

    I get very little done now ( or at least try not to anyhow) and I'd get even less done if I had that on my desk. I'd just spend all day just studying it...
