My phone screen locked up today. Looked like I was trying to make a phone call.
Tried everything to hang up the call. But couldn't. Tried to turn the phone off . But it wouldn't turn off. Tried to make it turn back on from a frozen screen. It wouldn't do that either.

Showed I had called the OL but it had no time on the icon where it was at the top of the screen like I had put her on Hold.
Don't even remember trying to call her.
I was trying to rebuild a cabinet downstairs and was hung up on doing that from 8:00 to 4:00

Had to take the phone cover off the back of the phone and take the battery out of my phone to turn it off.
Then I turned it back on.

Never had anything to happen like that.

Its like my phone was 1/2 on and 1/2 off. And you couldn't make it do anything.

Man, that sucks. Since phones can go online these days maybe it caught a virus. My laptop did the exact same thing you described several times and I had to take the battery out for awhile. Eventually had to take it to a repair shop. Cost $140 to rid the thing of "a thousand viruses" the guy said.

My mac started acting up after that, never had a problem with it since I had it.

Wonder if the government turned on my cameras and was playing with my stuff.

A phone to have a icon in the top left that was green ike I was talking to somebody and had gone somewhere else on the smart phone and was looking for something else.

But couldn't get back to where I was talking to somebody .

And when I tried to power it down it would spin and spin and spin but never shut down, I hit the power button and it powered right back to the same screen I was locked in before.
And I tried several more times to power down. And it did the same thing.
Laid the phone down and came back 45 minutes later and it was still locked in the screwy mode.
Had to get the phone case off it. And take it apart to get the battery out.
Then everything on the phone went back to normal.

My computer guy I know says that the people that watch porn will get viruses in their computer so he has to set up virus programs on their computers.

Your phone is overheating in that case and you probably pushed something on the phone that caused it to dial her accidentally and you probably kept pushing against it then caused it to lockup. Pulling the battery was the proper way to reset it at that point.
