I had a crappy weekend at the craft show. I've been sewing up a storm for a while getting stuff ready. Everyone loved my stuff, but nobody was spending any money. It wasn't just me. Nobody was selling anything. What a waste of time and money. Hopefully that stuff will do better closer to Christmas.

So now I need to write the book. I have no classes scheduled and nothing else planned for the whole rest of the month. I love to write, so I don't know why I'm procrastinating so bad.

    Just keep bugging me, OK?

Well I'm never washing my bike again. I was going to turn the hose on last night and twisted my back somehow. I've been on painkillers and sleeping all day. :gah:

I worked on it some yesterday. The problem is I'm doing three tracks - I guess that's what you'd call it. All the crazy stuff from the past, the blog, and then comments on the blog and trip. It's hard figuring out how to break it all up. I edited some stuff yesterday and moved it around, and I think it's a lot better. That will help me move forward. I'm going to a writer's group tonight, so maybe having other people look at it will help. I'm just a little nervous about having "normal" people read that stuff about my past, but I guess if the book gets published, everyone's going to see it. There is a statute of limitations, right?

Be careful how far you submerge yourself into your writing, you don't want to have everything come out like this...

I beleive there is no statute of limitations on murder. Not sure about anything else... Have a friend who was arrested for something that happened 5 years ago. Posted bond (Sold his HArley to get out), and his wife's sister (who hates him) canvassed the neighborhood and found someone who pressed charges on something that occurred 21 years ago... Kinds F#^%$d up... Looks like he is gone for a while...:cussing:

I'll be fine. It's just a little scary to put some of that in print, but it's a good story.

I went to a writer's group tonight and got some excellent feedback. I'm feeling a lot better about the whole project. This is going to rock!

gee  if I wrote about my past it would make for a steamy novel, I'm sure. Glad I don't write or I'd have to write all fiction novels. :D

    OK!!
I'll take a copy of that new book, I'll pick it up Labor Day weekend when we go to Thunder In The Rockies, or even tomorrow (Saturday) at Salute To American Veterans Rally in Winter Park.
