    Absolutely the reason fer da name. Many storms flooded the area. In fact there is a restaurant in town that is the hull mainly stern of a square rigger that was washed up onto dry land from a hurricane in 1938. It was left and converted.[​IMG]

    Because of the hills and twisting treed roads and beaches many bikers congregate here on nice evenings and days. The village is biker friendly. [​IMG]
