Have A 98 Evo, Just Installed New Plugs @ .040" New Wires And New Coil As She Was Popping Out The Exhaust When Cold And I'd Get A Spit Out The Carb After Decelerating Then Getting Back On The Throttle. Ran Great At First With The New Parts But After 50 Miles Starting Doing It Again. Runs Ok After An Extended Warm Up (15 Minutes But Seems Low On Power And Still Spits After Decel Then Back On Throttle. What Should I Do?

Hi All,
I have a 1967 FLH, installed a JIM's top end oiling set-up. Roller Rockers, Powerglide pushrods, Jim's lifters and housings. My front exhaust rocker has gotten noisey, I'm thinking maybe the lifter isn't pumping up good...any suggestions? I have the stock oil pump.

I picked up my Streetglide about 1 week ago and had to remove the bags to check out a problem with the rear shockies. It was then that I noticed a large scratch on the right sidecover (4"x1/4"), it wont polish out. I checked the other side and found a smaller scratch. I adjusted the brackets to move the bags away from the covers so it wont get worse. Have any of you had similar problems? Is this normal or was mine assembled badly? At the same time I found a sqashed air line from the shockie, so only one shockie was getting air, not happy.

Much as I’d like to ride it, I need to take my bike (along with the family) on a long trip soon.
Can anyone give me some advice on how I should tie it down in my trailer – I’m guessing you guys might call it a stock trailer? 10 feet long, 5 feet wide, canopy made of aluminium about 7 feet high, and a ramp for access – get the idea?
So I’m thinking: should it be on or off the kick-stand, should the forks be compressed, best route around the frame for the tie-downs etc.
Any help would be mucho appreciated!
