ok let me try to explain this cause i am lame...
i have a 05 herritage classic. i had it like 3 months and it started burrning oil. i took it to the dealer and he said he would fix it but he was really bussy and could not get to it for 3 to 4 weeks. i did not want to wait so i tore it down myself. after i tore it down i saw a ton of carbon build-up on everything. at least 1/4" on top of the pistons and the head. i had about 5000 miles on it then. i figured if i am gonna fix it i might as well go LARGE. i had it bored to 95", took it to BC gerolamy and he set me up with some nice heads, heavy springs, and larger valves, gear drive, 590 cam(wood brothers). 10.5-1 forged pistons. s.e. head gaskets. i also have a thunder header, big air, and a power commander. next after break in i took it...

I want to clean up a K&N air cleaner. What is the best procedure or product for the job? The filter is a little oily and a little nasty from the summer riding. I don't want to buy a new filter if I can just 'wash' this one out somehow.

is a new adventure being touted at a local state prison up by Carson City, NV. It was in the morning Review-Journal here in Las Vegas this morning, but I couldn't find a link to the article on their website.
Seems the inmates have the go ahead to start a chopper building business within the prison walls. Somebody paid the $15k license fee to the state of NV to start the business. They've completed their first chopper, valued at around $40k with a prison tower painted on the side of the tank. They only have 2 inmates working on the project now, but expect up to 20 inmates to be involved in the future.
Hmmm..interesting way for inmates to learn something constructive and lay away some money for when they get out, but would you lay down $40k? What kind of warranty, and who runs their...
