A Possible New Venture

One o my favorite things to do other than riding is BBQ. I am pretty much self taught, may not have the best equipment, Yet, but I can turn out some really good BBQ. my specialty bring spare ribs and Boston Butts. Here in the recent past, I have been making food and just giving it out so I can gauge people's like or dislike for my food. I must say, the reaction I have. been getting is very pleasing. I have been contemplating starting a business in BBQ. Not really sure if I want it to be a catering type thing or what. Just thoughts for now.
