09 bagger primary chain

    Well I slept in a box next to a holiday inn express that night, maybe that was the tip....

    Glad you got it fixed, my 116 loved to eat comp nuts, backed them off until I got
    heavy on the breaker bar, it would punch the center out of the rotor, screws up your day LOL

    If you keep seeing this happening, upgrade to the SE comp nut setup, it has a locking
    plate and was the fix for the 110's that had this happen all the time...

    HRK, do you think I should do this now, or wait till I have to do my next service in 5,000 miles? Any risk to the crank spindle if I wait? Maybe I should just go ahead and get the SE compensator now......

    I'm in Alaska now and would like to do the service after getting back to Colorado. I'd rather do my own service rather than have to take it to a dealer on the road.

    I like doing my own services to. But its under warranty still so I always keep my recites and a log book.

    Have not been back up to Alaska for years, sure was pretty there.
