Yeah, yours it putting out a lot more power than my lil 80"er does...That's what I liked about the Scorpion, you can tailor the spring pressure by mixing the different springs...

Got 500 miles on the bike. I've gotten used to the Power. It feels great.
Bike runs smoother. Don't have to twist the throttle to get anywhere as fast.
    I like the 107 kit.
    Glad I did it.

Been thinking of going to a different clutch on the 01 Springer. Did the 95 inch and cams to it and it will give at times when yea get on it hard.

    At times.

I could be doin 83mph and twist the throttle hard and it would break loose fast and rev up. I was going to glaze my clutch before long.

No that's not good, mine is not that bad. Had it on a dyno once and they couldn't finish the run as it was breaking loose.

Rivera Pro Clutch will solve your 95, frankly a HD SE clutch spring should do it, but it will increase the clutch lever pull required to operate

Pro Clutch will be as light as stock, or you can get a barnett,

I prefer the Rivera as you don't have to replace multiple springs,
they have 3 or 4 different spring rates and it's one single spring...

My wife's bike after her 95 build has a SE clutch and it is very stiff for her, would like to change that one first for her. HRK. Do you have a link to that company.

There are clutch kits that increase the clutch surface area and have a heavier spring.... you use the stock hub and basket...BDL, Barnet and Energy1 have them...They're less expensive than a Pro Clutch or Scorpion....

Well I got about 1400 miles on the build.

Just changed over to Mobil 1 syn. Oil too.

As you know I did a Fuelmoto 107 build with heads.
FM sent me a standard map. Performance was good, Fuel milage was 33mpg.
My buddy down the street took his dynoed map for the Power Vision that FM pushes. Copied the fuel table acres the RPM range and made a graph.
Took the map in my Thunder-Max and altered the map I had.
He said to check it on the 2nd tank of fuel.
Did all interstate riding to Nacogodoches, Tx. for lunch.
On the ride we ran 70-75 & some 80mph.
    2 up riding.

    Call Me a Liar.

rode 127.7 miles on 2.574 Gallons of fuel.

    I can't believe it.

Motor runs great. Got Plenty of power.
Don't even remember owning a 103 motor it runs so good.

You know a lot about maps ?

Leanest part of the map is 13.9 in the cursing range.
It starts around 1300 rpms and goes all way to like 3000 rpm with the map .
Is that lean to you ?

The heads I have on the bike are a good set of heads.
Got 1.90 intake and 1.615 exhaust if I remember correctly.

Don't care to and don't use their stuff. I have the number 1 tuner on the west coast right here and don't need to go anyplace else. Like I've tried to explain to you my 110 runs perfect has more power than I will ever need and don't need to add cams or anything else to it.

Buddy down the street has a 2010 SE 110 motor on a SG,
He added the 222 Woods cams upon me showing them to him.
He has 44,000 on his bike.
He changed the inner cam bearings. Went with the Zippers dual piston cam tensioners. SE tapered quick install push rods. And woods directional lifters.
After we got it back together. And FM sent him a map for the tuner he got from FM for that build .
All he could say. Is man those cams really woke the motor up.
    Man what a difference.

you don't have to wind the bike up no where near the rev limiter to get the speed up.
The cams pull hard and fast.

But he said. I think yer 107 runs as good as my 110 with cams.

Great to hear your bike is running so well. 1400 miles already - you must be having some good riding weather down there.
