While you are at it pull the inner race for the primary bearing off the main shaft and replace the inner two piece bearing with the one piece bearing or you'll end
up walking that inner race into the trans and cutting the seal, High TQ engines do it, and it's a quick and simple fix..

Ya know I haven't had the primary off on the 09 and up, so it's possible
that HD updated it but make sure, the original design is the inner bearing race
is pressed onto the main shaft and aligns up with the outer race that is installed in the back of the primary..

If its one piece leave it be,

We will probably pull the outter primary and pull the clutch basket.
Think it comes with Steel clutch hub. We may have to replace that and change the 1 piece bearing.
Then put the clutchs in place in the stock basket.
The inner race should stay lined up with the inner primary bearing and seal.
    We shouldn't go that far.

Just talked to the HD dealer.
He said I'm suppose to have a upgraded compensator sprocket.

The brand new upgraded SE compensator has a splash guard in it that is suppose to be held on with epoxy. The epoxy can only be used a couple times and it goes bad.
And you need a T-70 torq head to torque the bolt on the compensator sprocket.

Emailed Barnett Clutchs about which oil or fluid I could use in the clutchs. Here is what they said.

Any oil for a motorcycle wet clutch works fine.. The only one we don't recommend is HD Formula Plus

I run M1 V-twin in the primary, per M! it's good for the engine, trans and primary.

Why change the tensioner unless you have issues.

I forgot the main reason I went with the Rivera over the barnett is simplicity
with barnett you have multiple spring sets to get the tension correct, with the rivera it's a simple one flat spring plate change to increase or decrease tension,
and the Rivera has a lighter pull at the lever...

    Either one will do though...

I can vouch for that....I run 10w-40 motosicle oil in mine...A few years ago had a mishap with ignition harness and fried the starter....where I changed starters he had the HD formula+ so I dumped it in...on my way back to the hotel I hammered the throttle....engine shot up to 5500RPMs in a hurry, but the bike didn't speed up...next day I dumped it and bought a bottle of Castrol 10w-40 motosicle oil and it hooked up like it's supposed to....I like the spring pack, you can mix and match different color springs to get the pressure you need and lever pull wasn't much stiffer than stock....

Since we got all these great mechanics here why ain't anybody steered me correct.

I'm told by people that build motors I need to upgrade to the SE Compensator Sprocket.
And SE has a Upgrade to the upgrade.
And it has some plastic plates that you have to use a special Epoxy to glue it. That is not included with the Kit.
The plastic parts are to help better oil the sprocket and chain system
And you got to have a T70 Torx to be able to torque it cause it don't have a head on it for a socket.
    WTF.
The newest SE compensator is a 42200064

    http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/big-twin-compensator

Well I'm in the office after drinking my coffee and I'm in the SE catalog looking at the SE stuff.

After looking at the SE 120 R motor it says you must order separately a Compensator sprocket #P/N 40274-08a

Guess this is for the 130hp the 120R puts out.

So my question is why would I want a New SE compensator sprocket if this is the one for the 120R

Guess I will be back on the horn today asking the Harley dealer what is going on.

Was told the 42200064 superseded the part number for the 120 R compensator sprocket.
