Try it with the gas cap off, just to make sure the problem isn't the cap not venting...

The only feather I could find was on my hat after changing out the petcock and getting fuel to flow like it should;)

I'll post up the startup video ASAP and will try not to hit any peacocks on 1st ride:)

Mine is only hittin on rear cylinder. I've got spark and static timing checked 3 times and have tried all 4 ign curves on the Dyna 2000i:(

Rear cylinder runs well so prolly not the timing. Changed plugs around and same thing just rear runs hot while front runs cold...

How's the cam timing? Pull front plug, disconect rear plug wire, put thumb over front plug hole. 'Compression Should blow your thumb off of plug hole while you crank it over.

Put about 25 mi on it so rings should be in good shape. Dumped oil and ready to finish break in. 1st impressions is its making lots of power!

Tomorrow I plan to put 100 miles on the motor varing speed & rpm up to 3000. I have the ign curve set on 3 on the Dyna 2000i just to be conservative for now which will bring in advance in much slower then the first two curves, but once I dump the oil again I'll be ready to try the most aggressive curve that brings in 35 degree of advance by 3000 rpm...that'll make you hold on for dear life:D

I asked because your motor doesn't sound very loud for a 1250 with no baffles. Must be the acoustics . Mine is deafening at idle with 3 1/2" baffles.

I agree, but I like it. Not too quiet & no too loud...just right!
