Took it out today rode about 110 miles, got home pulled plugs to see how they looked. Ha! They look like brand new. The insulator is still almost bright white as in new. The rear cylinder barely had a tan look to it. No black, no carbon or oily looking buildup. I think it's lean and might need a pilot 48 jet, assuming I can't get a hold to a 46 locally.

when you made your baffles did you put a looypop looking washer inside or just the pipe? I'am running the Big city baffles in my 03 E Glide & they work great & good sound

I would take the suggestions of HRK as far as the people to deal with on alot of stuff. He hooked me up with a great couple out of Michigan for performance work on my bike.

As far as your #46 jet, you should be able to get that anywhere.

I called my local dealership today to see if they had a 46 and a 48. Only a 48. I went and got that, put it in and with only 2 turns out, it runs better than it ever has since I've owned it. It's not perfect, only a couple of hickups on a short trial run, but don't have the time to mess with it before getting ready to leave for vacation tomorrow. I haven't even tried to dial it in yet. I'll just have to wait and do that later. Thanks guys for all your advice and patience with a newbie. I will update more when I get back.
