What view would that be, Johnny? Somebody once called my bike ugly. I took it as a compliment LOL.

I went to my dealer today and looked at a 2015 Roadglide. Got to sit on it and i was surprised, not to bad. I like the new bars on it. Has a 3 position vent system which should allow a lot of air through the fairing. The top vent looks to me like it could be a bee catcher and right into your face.
As for being to heavy it lifted right up with no problem. Felt like it would be a comfortable ride. The CVO version will have longer traveling shocks so one could put those on the standard one to. They offered a test ride to me but get this, it was friggin raining. Been hot all summer and it's the first day of a long weekend and its raining.
All in all I wouldn't mind riding one sometime. I think Harley got it right with this one.

My original issue with the front end was I did not like how it looked squared off because of the vents. I had the salesman straddle the bike and take it off the stand. I crouched to get a straight level view. That did it for me. I can live with the squared off look from the side. I also had the salesman open and close the vents as I was in front of it to see how the look changed. Just frigging loved it!

There ate some issues. HD moved the seat forward and the bars pull back farther

They suck compare to my 11 I got the RG because it had more room and HD built the 15 for shorter rider

Felt like I was riding on tank
My neighbor who has a 2011 cvo RG ultra as well felt same way.

We both would have to change bars and seat. No thanks

It's nice the new faring works however we couldn't get the speed to test due to traffic limitation

What's with all the extra switches by the ignition switch. Only two are marked.

I went to go and test ride one of these but when I got the dealership, they were just setting theirs up, and of course it was raining out. I left but was still in town and then it stopped raining but I couldn't go back because I had a tattoo appointment by the time it got nice out. :banghead: Talk about pissing me off!

Put a set of progressive 944 UT shocks on the back
It will lower the rear end an inch.
I did and like the change

ordered a 2015 ultra low from the factory today. added the 6.5 screen with gps/xm/cb radio. hopefully last bike i'll own. thought the '12 was but that substandard front end is untresolvable.

Good for you, your gonna love it. Just be carful to not try and open options up on that screen when your riding, I know.
I did like the better seat height I think it would be more stable in slow maneuvers.
    What color did you order?

can't post up yet..bike not here. its been ordered it thru the dealership which means how ever long that process takes and to get here. Had spoke to the sales manager yesterday about what particulars with regards to GPS/CB/XM on the ultra low. Went by later in the day and he said "still working on it."

That sounds really nice, should be a sweet ride once you get it home. You going to have it for riding season this year or is it for next season? 8-10 weeks left, I guess.
