Then into the Town of Sisters, pretty cool little tourist town.
As we were leaving and riding towards the town of Remond there was this fantastic view of the
    three Sisters Mountains behind us.

Stopped in the next town up called Madras and had a early dinner at the Black Bear Diner, really cool small chain restaurants in the Northwest.

We then headed for back home another 100 mile stretch up and over MT Hood

Central Oregon is called the high desert and has areas of Juniper trees, Ponderosa Pine forests, grassing lands and crop lands.

Had a great ride. Saturday a bunch of us guys from the chapter are headed for different ares in Central and Eastern Oregon for what we are calling the 451 ride. Last year it was 450 miles so this year its going to be 451 miles. It's going to be for the better riders and slow riders are encouraged to stay home. Lots of winding curvy mountain roads at a fast pace, gonna be fun.

The restaurant across the street from the ice cream shop had some interesting motorcycle art work.

I've rode through most states and almost all of the western states and have yet to find another state that equals the beauty and the diversity of the terrain than what Oregon offers. We really like it here just don't like the Demos in the Portland area.
