I did buy a heater, just haven't used it yet. soon. It is going to be well below zero here soon and there is no way I am going out there in that... Even with a heater. :):rant:

Gotta be carful many times with propane heaters they can put out moisture in the air. Did it to me one winter, but it may also be because I have a metal building with only the ceiling being insulated. Now I have a wood stove in the back of the shop, no moisture just a nice even heat.

CB, those vent free outdoor heaters can kill you very fast. The Vent free gas fireplaces are even outlawed in some states. They can be very deadly. Better have testers in where you put them.

Today was a good day. I called up my indy and I had a chat with him and then eventually paid a visit. My indy this far has flowed the stock heads to see what the heads are flowing in the stock form. The stock heads at this point are flowing 240 in 28"hg. The compression releases have been drilled too. He hasn't cc'd the heads just yet but that will happen soon as he wants to wait until he installs the new springs and valves. He also said that he has done some porting but not a heck of a lot and is about to get the intake matched and textured along with the intake port being textured as well. So I am excited and am ok with what is happening so far.

I also had finally made the trip to the shop that is going to bore my jugs out and had a conversation with him. I asked if he lays a taper or not and he said that he does not. He went over price with me and I was bored because I really do not care what it cost's, I just need it done. My real concern was for when I go in for reassembly and when deck height is checked and if it needs to be adjusted if he has the flexibility that he does some fast machining. He said "Yes!" Great so that is in place and now and I feel all warm and fuzzy inside. :D:roflmao:

I am assuming that the heads are stock but I don't know that for sure as I did have different cams from stock in it when I bought it. By looking at the head as it came apart, I didn't happen to see any obvious signs of headwork so I can't say for sure.
