Oh, yeah! I can feel your excitement. When I put mine back on (after honing) I didn't do anything to them, not even repainting. (They are engine paint black). Only thing is, one jug is an authentic Harley and the other one is a Motor Factory. If ya look real close you can tell it, there's a small logo on the Motor factory one at the base. I don't care :p.

I hope yer bike will run with the wind . . .

I thought that we were done with the snow for the year but now I look at the forecast and we are in a winter storm watch again! :gah:

Today was a good day. I dropped off the jugs at the shop and I paid for the headwork. Only thing that I need now is the starter clutch so I can start the fuggen thing. I will be up on the road in about three weeks.

Oh yeah. And where would be we be without it? One of the things I really like about this forum is we all got a good sense of humor.

It might make 50 or so today. It's in the 20s now. Cold for me, but I might brave the weather for a short ride anyway. I understand cabin fever. I've only had a couple short rides since October, but the bike is ready to roll now . . . so . . . vrrrrooooooom!

Git so much yellow pollen on the insides of the window seals
On the front porch, all over the bannister , woke up at 3:00 and my nose was running
Got up this mornin at 7:95 and my right eye swelled up from it
The yellow pollen is all over everything
And it rained 2 days ago

Cardboard, we have very similar stuff going on here. Lot of folks with colds and chest ailments from the pollen here, plus some nasty cold germ that attacks the lungs. I got it. Dang, it's been cold everywhere across the USA. Where's that global warming I've been hearing about? I'd take some now, if it would raise our temps another 20 degrees or so LOL.
