You are a machinest , do you know anything about porting heads ?
And how to match the heads to a set of cams
And I still don't know what a BB kit is.

    its not that bad
hopefully you can find an HD buddy
that knows what to do and has the tools

Cyl swap is easy enough get the HD Service Manual
    shows you step by step,

The cams require some tools on the older
models the 07 and up have an easier cam
    swap procedure

To get triple digits you will need to do some head
work, Kirby here prodrag is the guy to talk to
    about doing a head swap.

LOL...I gave that job to Keith and I started on my lil 80"Evo...I think he went on vacation:roflmao: I'll be done on the Evo and into the Shovel by the time he gets it back together...got a bunch of parts off getting powder coated...Lot's off beers finished though and our wives get a little pizzt at us:rolleyes:but we got until April:D(A few other jobs came in and out the last couple of weeks was his vacation;))

Carlzbad58 if you're looking for triple digits do like HRK said and talk to Kirby(prodrag1320), send him your heads and barrels, tell him what your goals are and I'm sure he'll put a big grin on your face...

LOL Everythings a trade off...if you twist your wrist and ride it like you stole it,mileage will suffer..if you ride normal, mileage will still be pretty good..
