That bike does look really nice. I am still looking for that next project. I hope to find or at least decide what it is that I am looking for by the end of the summer.

been doing a bit of work on the chobber....wireing it, getting ready for more paint.....
i put the wiring in a chrome loom......looks good, but a bit of a pain to use. the final result is worth it tho. the left bar has the wiring in the loom, the right one does not.....

why clear and sand, I like that look, just needs a pin-up girl on the tank.

With that paint scheme you need some old brass hard lines and fittings - polished brass not the dull. Would break up some of the chrome and really stand out - JMO which I don't have here at home unless it's told to me:D

did a little more painting on the tank...........i was perplexed because i didnt like the exposed battery.....makes it look so unfinished, kinda like a last minute decision. jerl was over and we were talking. he knew of a guy that did leather work..........sent the battery to him and this is what i got...........i like it!!! finishes off the ugly battery and wires. i dont like the way a rear axle always scratches the paint as the belt/chain is adjusted or the tire removed for changing. i had some stainless lying around and made some frame covers. gonna use button head chrome bolts instead of what is shown. still needs some cleaning up of the edges......i think it will look ok...........
