Finally I was able to get the lift out of its crate and assembly has started. The instructions for this lift are crap, but was able to get mocked up. Now it is just time to get the things secured and the then the wheel chuck needs to be assembled and then attached. Other than the crappy instructions, very pleased with this product at first glance.

I assembled the whole table in like 30 to 45 minutes if that.
    I had a craftsman 3/8 air ratchet .
Had no problems with the instructions.
Put the bike table together how the pictures in the instructions look.

Yep, that is what I had to resort to. It is put together now. All I need to do is goet some air fittings for the pedal and then we are good as gold. OH, I also do need a few thing for the air compressor as well.

    Look at This picture.
Put it together just like it.
The instructions will show what bolts go where.
The front section goes on over the rear section.
Don't try to make the table longer than needed.
Then put the wheel chock on.
Then the pipe threw the rear section. This is what keeps the table from turning over.

Always kick down the lift stop when you start raising it.

    This is a great table

Yeah I know, but couldn't afford it then. Now Hot Rider is full with daycare again so that means a 20k a year pay increase. That is nice. I am in that little spot to where I am purchasing things for my garage and getting it set up the way that I want it. My basement is slowly coming along, I just bought the rock and the insulation for the ceiling today and it will be delivered on Wednesday. Only cost me $375 for the rock and insulation. :D

Good price. Who's gonna do the install? No one around here has basements. 18" crawl spaces, if that.

No, but you have to have some upper body strength and understand how easy it would be to drop the bike. You are on one side of 800 pounds of metal that is already a few inches higher than it would be on the ground. The bike has to lean in against you, if you are not careful, make a wrong move and let the bike lean just a bit away from you, you will most likely not be able to pull it back. You will either have to let it go or go down with it whether you are walking it up under power or not.

Still safer than trying to ride on to the lift.

A friend of mine from work and I are going to do it. He has the tools for the job so he said he would help. The insulation is for sound barrier purposes as I don't want to hear kids as I am trying to watch football or something that I enjoy. :D

Here is a dumb dumb moment. I got the air all hooked and ready to go, have the lift working except for one thing isn't right. Why won't the lift go down?? :wtf: Well, I guess it needs to have some weight on it to help that along. LMFAO:roflmao:
