It sure felt like it but hey, I need this stuff in order to operate on my own. LOL. That lift will make a huge difference and like Paul had said, I wish I had it when he was up here, would been a hell of a lot easier. :D The box was necessary, I need the room.

I see you like stuff painted black. Me, too. Very nice lift & toolbox. I keep my tools in a couple of wooden drawers I built into my work bench along with a few packets of silica gel in each drawer. No rust issues.

It will be part of a theme if you know what I mean? My garage is nearly done the way that I want it, soon I will have better lighting in there and then there will be three colors that need to painted. Care to guess what they will be? ;)

need to coat that garage floor before you end up with oil stains like ol CB

Best to do it in the summer and before the garage gets much
dropped on the concrete, the newer the better.

    UCoat It Epoxy Floor Coating

Looks to me like JB's got oil stains already. Good! Nothin' like a few oil stains on the floor to show it's a garage and not a showroom. Use a large rubber mat if you must keep work area "clean" and save yourself a lot of $$$ and hassle.

My shop floor is plywood and is stained to a fine patina! Besides that, any carpenter will tell you oil is good for wood LOL.

To eliminate slipping on a oil slicked concrete floor, wipe up the worst of it and then throw cat litter on it and let it soak up the rest. Then sweep it up and forgetaboutit. Floor will smell better, too .

Johnny, if you're going to paint the inside of your garage black, you're going to need a LOT more lights LOL.

That stuff will clear up with the acid etch, it's the ones who start doing
a lot of work and end up with a ton of oil in the unprotected concrete
over time that's is the problem.

From the videos that Garage faces the street, and it's a big part of the house
those floor coatings, done properly make the garage look good and protect
the concrete from harsh chemicals, you can wipe oil right up..

Muriatic acid etching of the floor does not remove oils. The acid reacts with the free lime in the concrete and removes the top surface or what we call "cream" of the concrete. Good strong commercial degreasing chemicals are required prior to placing a coating in addition to acid etching the concrete.
