    Kinda deer pictures I like...opening day gun season in Texas.

    My first deer hunt in Texas, on land I own...really enjoyed it, just got back home. Just a doe, and the second one was my brother in laws. Just average size 80 to 90 lbs, did not have a scale. Makes great sausage which we do ourselves when the weather cools down.:D Hope these pics don't upset anybody...and if any PETA types out there I'am one of u (People Eating Tasty Animals) :roflmao:

    Simple recepy for roasts: Put the roast from a hind quarter in a baking bag with 3/4 cuo of motts apple juice and a bay leaf,350deg.for about an hr&1/2. yummy and tender.
