    no I haven't.

You should call them and discuss the product, they engineered it and should know
what is best for your application.

I am running into an interesting issue. I measured the ID of the pipe and it isn't 2.125 inches. The ID is a tad smaller. I can fit 2.125 in but I have to use a soft blow in order to get them in, I do not like how tight it is. What do you suggest???

too tight is better than too loose!!!!!! gonna let flht fill in the joke there!!!!
anyway, the tighter the fit the easier it is for the factory hd clamp to hold it, when you torque it to specs. a bit of anti sieze will help in removing it.......

Your header pipes should be 1 3/4 and no larger. Your exhaust end should be a bit bigger, just to fit over the header pipe ends but should not be real loose. They should be tight (I ain't even going there Chuck:D). I always clean the header pipe up after removing the exhaust with some Emmery paper and coat it like Chuck said. I also use HD clamps like Chuck, none better.

I think we are talking apples and kumquats here.

JB's putting baffles in those zoomie aftermarket pipes
    not replacing the mufflers....

They should fit a bit snug , that way they wont vibrate & make noise or come loose easy , abit on never sieze will help keep the bolt tight . but wont come loose , I run there baffles , but my can's are just that cans for looks if the baffle comes loose it will shoot right out the back of those 3,1/2 cans
cans = gutted out stock mufflers , My baffles fit in between the header pipe & can , stock HD clamps hold them together , yours will be different with the after market pipes , but same results just slid them in & bolt them in place

that is weird because while I was ordering my baffles the guy that I was talking to said that I needed to have a gap, small, but a gap in between the pipe wall and the baffle???

    Plus I got a free t-shirt.....

When I installed my BCT head pipe baffles I had to use a exhaust pipe spreader to open the pipe where the clamps had squeezed down around my slip-on mufflers. The end of the pipe need to be opened about a 1/64th" slide in the baffle secure with screw replace mufflers and done.

If I have to I will do what I did to the last set of baffles, that or I will just return and get the size that I think that I am supposed to have...I thought it was weird when he said that you want a gap.....but hey, I guess the baffle maker knows better huh???
