Make your own attached to a threaded rod and that way you can adjust it.:D

There are many out there. The Sampson mufflers hart came with my Springer have them installed. Works on a real simple philosophy. :)

Didn't say you had to like em, and the short threaded rod can't even be seen, but it works. :)

Baffle should be slightly smaller than the ID of the pipe but not much
we're talking tiny amounts, I would go by a motorcycle shop
and pick up some exhaust fiberglass wrap for the baffles, this will
increase the tone of he sound (Deeper) and help keep the baffles
from any rattles, it's cheap, easy and you can wrap it with masking
tape to hold in place the tape will burn off.

Hey guys....Listen, I got my BCT baffles yesterday and when I opened them up I was not happy.:banghead: The ones that I received are smaller than the fix that I did to my current set!!!!:gah: I told the guy that my pipes are bigger than what he wanted to send me....Trusting what he was telling me I gave in and let him be right.....I agree with you guys....I would much rather that the baffles fit snug......They don't!!!!:banghead: Now I get to ccall them up and have them send me the ones that I wanted in the first place!!!!:cussing:

JB it's the pipe the lollipop sets in that makes the difference , when I first heard about them I called & talk to them , I use to use just the lollipop in my old shovle it worked , but had to play with differenrt size washers a few times to get it right , BCB does that for you & adds the pipe I've been happy with mine:D
