That is very interesting. I'm going to be using 34" 1 3/4" dia. drags on my build. Called J&P and they recommended 10 1/2" baffles. I have no idea how all this is going to work. We'll see . . .

I have the lollipop style from BCT and they deliver good sound and performance in my 103".

I am sure that they do...."that's me listinging to the "experts again....

Where did you notice the power gain the most???

97 ft. lbs. and 91 hp on dyno after 103 kit and sert installed. It might not be the best set-up but I wanted to be different so I tried this.

I meant with the baffles?

I only rode 3 weeks with just the exhaust change and seat of the pants the bike ran noticeably quicker and then I switched cylinders,pistons,cams,and had it tuned.

Here is another question.....BCT is suggesting that I install the baffles a minimum of 6" in my pipe...OK, but here is the problem, how I am supposed to reach that far into my pipe to do this since they do not have mufflers???

Didn't they say 6" is best but 3" mininum from ends of pipe would work? Stick baffle on a small pice of wood (like a small hammer handle)and slide in, hold in place start crew thru hole you have to drill and tighten, pull wood out.

Yes, when we were exchanging emails they had said the at the very least intall them no less than 3". When I spoke to them over the phone then they said a minimum of 6" but no more than 10." Thanks for the trick....What would you do on this Don???
