just a healthy debate. Looking at the pictures, I can see why the Harley fits me better. I like the way the legs are pretty much vertical from the knee down. They're kicked out a little too forward on the X country tourer for my taste.

Being familiar with the Victory (sat on it) I can tell you the rider in that photo is height challenged. I am 6'1" and my legs were just slightly forward with my feet square on the floorboards. The Victory does offer me a little bit more leg room than the Ultra Limited.

I think the guy in the photo is shorter plus his feet are out on the front of the floorboards.

WOW what a read , guess some of the yanks have cabin fever LOL , Vision is not even close to the HD or Indian , I have ridden all three listed the vision in but ugly But can corner like a sport bike & enough stock power for me 5'9 175-180 lbs , I rode it whiles I still had my E glide , the cross country rides much better for my size & fits better in the three bike shoot out in the link posted , Indian rode real nice & great power , to me the HD was the heaviest bike of the three in the story

What did you mean the vision is not even close to the HD or Indian. Better or worse?

Neither is better or worse on it's own, it's based on the rules, and tests.

A base Huyndai is good transportation,
so is a Camaro SS but they do it differently

Wife bought a Hyundai Tuscon. Cheap enough car. Not up to the long haul wear and tear though. .It was great the first 45,000 then it just went to sh*t quickly. We dumped and ran before we got to 60,000,if it would make it. Got a Jeep Unlimited Wrangler.

A friend owns an Elantra, loves it but he don't even have 10,000 miles on it.

Wife enjoyed hers for the first couple years and before the miles started piling on. After that I told her no more imports for you, ever. Divorce first. That was the one and only import we'd ever owned. Never again. At the 60,000 miles mark was gonna be about 2500-3000$ maintenance and repair.

Yep.Back in late '09 I got laid off. Overnight I lost my company vehicle an '06 F150 loaded. We had to scramble for a replacement vehicle. Money was tight so wife eventually picked a '07 Sonata. It had 52,000 and I insisted that the dealer throw in the balance of the 100k warr. She drove it up to about 98,000. I started driving her '05 Explorer since she was driving to work everyday about 40 miles to save on the expensive gas she had the Sonata. We took that Sonata to PA many times, to VA to Maine all over. That little 4 cylinder pulls like an old 289. The car is quiet and comfortable. When the super storm Sandy hit we lost 11 large oaks to a micro burst. 3 of them fell on the explorer (see the photos) end of that. We had to scramble again. Used cars were very, very, very scarce due to so many Long Islanders lost their cars mainly due to flooding. One Ford dealer brought up from FL two used '10 Edges both with 20,000. We got one and since she was due to get the next "new" car it was hers. She was a sport letting me have to Explorer. So, I drive the Sonata. It now has 111,000 absolutely trouble free miles. I change the oil and filter every 3k. I had a squeaky right front upper control arm and I got one on Ebay for $49 and it took me 2 hours to replace. I beat the crap out of that car (the sooner it dies the sooner I get another vehicle, Ha!) I drive it like a Ferrari. Now, two friends work in body shops. They hate the Korean cars BECAUSE, the fir and finish is so tight and even it is very hard for them to get the replacement panels to fit like factory, they can it just takes a lot more care and time. They are right, all the doors, hood and truck gaps are even and tighter than any car I ever owned. So, even though I dislike the Korean people (I worked there a few times) the damn cars in my opinion are built well. SIL family has 3 high mileage Hundyes, no problems.

My brother found an old 86 Buick that an old guy owned. Told him when you want to sell it I'll buy it. Sold it to my brother and that car runs beautiful and comfortable to ride in.

He had an older Haundie that was horrible. Gee you open the door and get in and you felt like you were sitting on the ground. He traded it to my younger brother for a beat up OL Chevy pickup with a 350. Younger brother drives the beater Haundie to work and back in Portland. That way he don't care if some democrat hits him or not.
