I like muffins in the morning, hot and fresh and awesome.

    Required materials:

    esbit tab
2 small pots and a lid for large of two pots. (one pot must nest into the other)
Betty Crocker Blueberry Muffin Mix (just add water kind)
    water
butter, parchment paper, cooking oil. I like to use butter packets from KFC

Not much of a recipe here to follow, just some simple baking concepts. Grease smaller of two pans, or skip it and hope you get lucky. Mix muffins, add muffin mix to smaller pot. Place smaller pot into large pot and cover. Build a little campfire our of rocks, or cut a beer can in half and poke some holes to place the pots on and to act as a wind screen. Light the esbit tab let it run for about 40 minutes. Carefully lift lid and check muffin with a stick or your knife or something. If it comes out clean your muffin is done. If not, replace lid and continue to cook.

One of the main reasons to use esbit for this instead of another cooking method or stove is because of the low heat, in fact the less heat you can get the esbit to generate through a proper windscreen the longer it will last and the better your bake will be. You can pretty much apply this to any similar baked good.

Now you have muffins on the road. You will be the envy of the ride!

I dunno how your gonna fit all that on the back of your bike...cause a restaurant just takes the fun outta sleeping in the dirt roadside.
