    Oh yeah the big boy offsets are big money, there are some excellent competition type smokers
    out there, and maybe when I'm retired Ill get one to fart around with but for day to day, plug in, turn on and cook does me good.

    Next purchase will be a big green egg...

    Yea that's a bit on the expensive side for sure. You would have to BBQ everyday to warrant that. I'll just stick with the Traeger, their simple and work very well. Besides I can take my new Sig out and go shooting while its cooking. :D
