I can't waste a good cigar on PBR. :roflmao: Usually with a really nice crafted micro brew! Or a really good German beer.

Yea well maybe so but when you want to enjoy a good beer, they ain't on the list. Used to do the Black Powder Rendezvous and we would really get screwed up on Rainer beer, the one with the Bear on it. Good cheap beer but not a great beer but still better than those other two. :)

:) You know about that drink, cool, that was some good stuff. I used to make my own, woke up one starry night out in the sage brush with the temp below freezing. Dammm stuff really had a kick :D Good thing I had my Red Capote on snow was starting to cover me up. Those Rendezvous were fun.

    Also need to

Mix everything except rum in a large pot and bring to a simmer.
Remove from heat and add rum or ever clear. Pour the mix, cinnamon sticks an' all, into gallon jug. Cap and store for a few days. The longer it sets, the better it gets. Ifin' it sets fer a week or so you kin taste the crust!
You should have too much for the jug. Put the hot leftovers in a mug with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for Apple Pie a-la-mode.

The stuff tastes just like home made apple pie but with a helluva kick dang good drinking. Fill up a ceramic gallon jug and pass it around while sitting around the camp fire at night. :D If you want to add some color to it use Apple cider instead of Apple juice, I kind of steer towards the cider.:)

Set and drink with friends, guarantee it will make you all warm and blurry eyed. Like I said earlier drank so much at one Rendezvous I fell asleep accidental like out in the sage brush, didn't even feel the cold. :D Should mix me up some more, might work better than pills on the back. :D
