    The odyssey batteries are dry cell batteries

    Got a buddy. That bought a new set of tires for his Electra glide
    He pulled his trailer to the edge of the desert
    When we got up @ 9:00 am in the Mornin it was 101*
    He ride over 1600 miles on the trip
    He complained about the thread mileage on the tires
    Talked with a bike shop that sells lots of tired
    They said figure yer bike rolling on hot pavement when it's over 100*
    Outside
    It's frying the tires
    Yer not gonna git the mileage you are expecting

    Got another buddy that has a 2011 Road Glide Ultra.
    Rode down from Ft Hood.
    His HD battery just crashed tonite.

    I just picked up battery at Battery Plus. 2X30LA X2 power 26AH 400 CCA that 09 street glide never turned that fast I was amazed. it was $137.44. two year war bring it back and they will give you a new one. You can order it on the internet. Later OL Ted.

    a buddy of mine bought that same battery today.
    Its suppose to be one step above the HD deka battery.

    The X2 is a 400 amp for 4 seconds.

    Was out riding tuesday & stop bike would nt start call a buddy & he came & jumped started me , got home & ran a couple test per sm & the stater shows bad :-( so order a new one& gaskets , already have a EV 27 & gasket set coming so going to get it all done at same time

    Hay Cardboard. What did the Odyssey cost you? I think it's a little steep. And with all that heat I thought it might dry up with the heat expandtion. They can vent out but not in. Later Ole Ted.

    Its a dry cell battery. Completely sealed in a metal jacket.
    The lead in the battery is Virgin lead. 99.9% pure.
