I presume you had open heart surgery. well you will do fine. my brother-inlaw had it in the late seventies. when he was in his forties. he did good for a long time considering he didn't listen to what the drs told him. then he had it a second time cause he didn't listen to the drs. the second time he did listen to the drs. and he is still very well in 2007. They can do amazing things with healing the heart with all the tecnological advancement through research and such. Not to worry. and to be the naggy time just listen to the drs. and the care instructions they give you. like don't smoke:devil: and drinking is the worse thing for the arteries, it narrows them again. cauing coronary artery desease. smoking can cause arrithmias stay away from trans fats and fat intake should be no more than 25 to 35 percent of total calorie intake. and those fat calories should come from things like fish, nuts, etc. and yu need to do cardio like walking or swimming at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes. a good cardiologist will tell you everyday but even a few times a week is better than nothing. i know.
