Is the starter good now? Don't know about the new noise but aside from the timing giving your starter grief can you run that thing on pump gas without it pinging? I'm not sure if your problem is compression related and if so, some of the guys with the hot motors up here were running compression relief valves to get the engine to turn over. When I had my hot rod evo I had to bump the starter up to the compression stroke and then fire the bike up..If I didn't do that more often than not it kicked back..good luck with it.

    My compression is 9.8.1
The service mgr at the harley dealer said they has some bikes that were stock that ate starers for some reason. Compression releases is what they had to put in them.

I talked with Wolfgang Grasser about this already.
He needs the bike in his shop to look at it .
He has a dyno, flow bench, he ports and polished heads, and everything in his shop.
But I got to git my bike there.
Don't matter what I think might be wrong with it.
Hes gonna tell me what is wong with a computer hookup and if he has to he's tearing it down there.
I just found his shop name and phone number. I havn't know where he has been in a few years.

Got the Water pump on my F250 4x4 Powerstroke. It sounds good.

Called Wolfgang and reset the appointment for Tuesday mornin..
He's gonna put it on the dyno 1st thing to listen to the noise.
Then he can see if there is something wrong with the timing .

CB, here is the bike you need to buy. Walked into the dealer this morning and it was sitting right at the front entrance inside. 2011 SE 110 Streetglide.

Man this is interesting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like my setup - Super tuner, etc. AFR runs mostly flat all through the RPM range. VE's are good. Torque & power curve good. And when I last parked it out in the driveway, the water pump on my truck was good.:D:D:D

Rode that bike about 5 weeks ago. It rides and handles real good.
I'd have to take the gas tank off and throw it away.

The push in gas caps suck,
The radio is awsum, Chucktx couldn't even hear his radio with that one.
The seat is the very, very, very 1st thing to go in the garbage. It sux's
The windshield would have to be replaced with the seat.
The bike sits lower to the ground and with me startin to git older itd easier to ride and handle.
I love the 110cu motor. but the cam just goes dead at 4500 rpm.

My wife won't buy it for me so I can't have it.
