    I wonder if the union is representing him, is he kicked off the force or just "suspended with pay pending investigation?" I would guess until he has faced his day in court there is still a level of reasonable doubt in the eyes of the law.

    Update: According to the NY DA's office these scum bags will have the maximum reduced from 25 to 15 years in prison because the driver was not hurt as badly as they thought buy the bikers that assaulted him and his family...WTF is going on here? So I guess you have to die...No word yet on the cop who was involved...
