Okay. I apologize for my comments, Tommy. The guys are right - this is supposed to be a friendly forum and we should all treat each other with respect. I feel silly now about my comments toward you. Unfortunately, once a thing is said, you can't take it back. No more bad jokes or veiled threats - sorry.

Yeah it was getting like Sr vs Jr I wanted more
confrontation, yelling, seeing stuff get thrown
around, then we'd see Joshbob riding his bike
on video and telling us how great it was
and he'd never think it'd get done and razzing Tommy

Okay. My open primary is here and it doesn't look quite as good as in the pics I saw online. But it's used stuff so that's to be expected. The clutch basket is a bit rough on the outside (see pics) but I figure I can get a machine shop to smooth it out. I have to get an inner belt flange plate and a crankshaft nut & washer (J&P has them).
I'm including a pic of the bearing support plate because there's an insert that's missing in one of the bolt holes (see pic). Not sure what to do about that. I think I'm going to have to replace the bearing as well, as the one in it isn't sealed and it turns pretty rough. All in all, this stuff is doable - just have to wait for my SS check to arrive. LOL.

You might be able to smooth that out yourself with a Dremel, even polish it to a high luster if you want with a polishing wheel,

For that missing spacer, you might find one at an Ace Hardware store that you can substitute or any hardware store.

Are you going to let the same guy pop in the new bearing on this one that did your primary? LOL

Ha-ha! Well, this time I'm going to put the bearing in using his hydraulic press. Should be a no brainer. I will attempt to smooth out the clutch basket since you suggested it. It will be more difficult than shaving the lower legs. I will paint the outside of it with flat motor paint instead of polishing it. That will help hide any minor imperfections on the outside of the basket. Ought to look pretty cool when finished. Here are some pics of the mocked up clutch - the 1 1/32" is the distance the manual says for clearance from the top of the pressure plate to the bottom edge of the spring collar.

I hope Tommy gets back with us. Maybe needs a day or two to cool off. I considered leaving the forum but I just have too many friends here to do that. Mac the Wife concurs.
