    IF you were driving
and you got the photo taken
then you need to pay the bill

If the voters pass the referendum to
remove them the city will owe you back

Houston will surely write you a check LOL

Good thing you don't need the van so you can let it slide untill the legal beagle or the state gets it figured out..so no problem at all..easy as pie eh?

Most cities if you get pulled over for something and you got past tickets parking or other wise you get your tailed hauled off to jail. Plus the fact that your walking right now unless you ride the bike. If you ran the light your guilty so better to just pay it and move on.

took another look at the fine print where the unpaid second notice goes to collection and then judgement...likely on credit history..that would scare me a whole lot more than the original fine...that's how they get us up here on that type of ticket

For a Civil offense they can't put it against yer credit history.
The people that own the cameras and git 65% of the money is ATS in Arizona.
If you git a ticket, it says mail to the
    City of houston
    Prescott Arizona.

As I see it you can pay the fine and get on with your life.
Fight it and maybe win and spend thousands in lawyer fees.
Fight it and lose, and pay thousands in lawyers fees.
Wait and see what the voting brings.
There is one option you seem to have missed. Move.
Out of that county, out of that state.
If you don't like the laws, move or change them.
