Do you recall what thread you were posting the pictures to? I didn't see any new message threads from you.

FYI I moved this whole message thread over to the new Help Forum found just under Announcements. That way everyone can see and learn as we go.

All of the above sent from my iphone, seems to be working right now but I'll keep testing by finding a massive picture to load.

Ken I referenced to that thread of mine several times and never got a reply. It's the thread see yea. There are several posts where the pictures do not show up any longer. I went black earlier this afternoon and added pics back in one post of two the two pics that were supposed to be there with Tapatalk and they show up. All the others from the original posts those pics do not show up. Don't know why but I'm done with it now. If it works it works if not don't care anymor.

I understand what yer saying but its the same as the old board...

    either imbed or attach...

Attaching works for guys like Josh who do not have an account at photobucket
plus it keeps images with the board, so if you post that indian pic as an attachment
it will always be here vs if you delete it from the host or the guy you get it from deletes
    it from his board...

    Both work and have advantages...

Fixed the issue with the site not rendering on smaller mobile devices (iphone especially) where the text was in a narrow column. On to the next task :blackeye:

The only thing I can think of with those lost attached images is they were loaded while the board was being worked on and they got jacked. Sorry bout that :sorry:

That is the downside to photobucket type sites. My question to the software guys that put the "attach" program together is why use a thumbnail you have to select to see rather than put up a decent sized picture to begin with? But it is what it is. You would think they would make that simple change to help keep threads intact-ed. I don't get their logic there.

I'm trying to figure out why I must sign in with my user name & password every time I open up Bike Talk.

Yes to both questions. But I still have to sign in every time. I click the check mark on, but for some reason, when I log in next time, the check mark is gone and I have to do it all over again.

Are you logging out each time you leave as that will make you have to log in again each time. I don't logout but simple leave.

A "simple leave" is a left click on the "X" in the upper right corner - just tried it and it works - Hallelujah! Ahh, the small victories! Now I'm gonna fool with pictures and see what happens . . .

Mac the Wife tells me I don't look around enough and click things to try them out - but I sometimes get in trouble and really mess things up .
