    Bout the best he can hope for would about 850hp - but not on a budget. If your thinkin blocks free -by the time he boars it out and does the head work - he'll have a small mint tied up. Just a thought but looking for a truck engine to start with might be a option. Junk yards are full of them; and they are built for heavy duty than a car engine.JMO
