I haven't put up lights or a tree in over 30 yrs if not longer.
Ain't gonna start. So don't ask

My house if paid for and has been for years. Got a lot of work that it needs done on it oh. Might have to do some on it in the future.

NO HOA here. I'm totally against HOA

My property taxes are like 950.00 a year.
I live in the country 1 house off the water.

Chose a small 2 BR house that I wouldn't have to pay on forever, and for insurance and tax's to eat my lunch.

Yep, small house with small yard for the small dogs to run in. Just refinanced for a smaller payment, will pay forever cause when ever we get it down to $ 70,000.00 will refi again and take out the extra money to spend and help the economy. May move to Arizona one of these days if we can find a small house with a small yard for the.... you got the idea..

Gets older where HarleysLR is now. Prescott and Prescott valley are really nice and houses are cheap there compared to Colorado and where I live.

Just came back from there , I like it there.
Summers would be a lot nicer than where my 2 brother in laws live.
I've gotten used to the heat. Like to go a little farther north in the summer and farther south in the winters.
Kinda like how my brother in law in Gilbert does with his riding.

Don't like going to Houston. You need to tote a weapon all the time.
Somebody dies there just about everyday.
If not the police shoots them
With 6 million folks the traffic sucks.

Road rage, robbery, home invasions is super big in Houston.
alone with domestic problems not to mention druggies
As a serviceman going into all parts of town , you learn to watch the eyes and actions of everybody.
If they are approaching you, pay attention.
Pay attention everywhere you are and everywhere you go.
If they approach you very fast you better be ready.
And don't let them git behind you.
Watch everybody that follows you in the auto too.
They will bump you on the street and rob you.
They will follow you home and rob you.
Its that bad. And the police can't do enough about it.
If you don't have a CHL and practice and carry, you have a problem
Another reason I took 4 yrs of Aikido so it would give me a edge.
    I don't live there anymore.
But I worry about the OL cause she is there from m-f
She is workin hard enough to save the money so she can come to the country and git a job and live here with me.
I hope I don't die before that day comes.

Gilbert is a nice town, cops there are friendly (towards me anyway, but they are hunting for CB). But a little too far from the lakes and rivers for this fisherman. Prescott has been sounding very interesting to me lately.
