Cold Weather

You know you can watch 3 different weather stations on TV here and git 3 different weather forcast for a week.
You can go to the weather channel and git something entirely different.
And within that week everything can change.
And this time of the year, you never know.
But its rainin right now.
Chucktx needs the rain. So he got it.

At least down there you have a chance to ride on a warm day. Up in Minnesota until it warms up and rains a couple inchs to wash the sand and salt off the streets no riding here. Maybe if we are lucky another month and a half we can get out.

With 58* today and the wind blowing 15+ miles an hour it was like the wind was blowing acorss a block of Ice.
Its gonna git better oh.
Makes me want to git a small house and garage in McAllen , Tx. and ride for 3-4 months

But then again the folks up north might now like a tourist town that has weather like this.

58? That's like midsummer! It finally hit 50 here today. Nice. I'm going to Boston this weekend though. I'm sure it's still under a ton of snow.

I will push a little harder than that, I don't wait for the rain. Just have to watch the intersections for the sand, and wash the bike after riding. Supposedly the salt can mess up chrome if your not careful, so I am slowly eliminating the chrome. But I hear you, the long winter wait can be a killer! The first day it hits 45, I'll have the bike out. Of course, that could be another month! The difference between the first day of spring and the first spring day can be quite large up in the barren wasteland!
