Did you talk to a builder that said to get SE heads or did you do this on yer own ?

Your build. but I would rather have heads done to a specific build and the cams in the build so the valves are set right for the lift on the cam.
    And everything matching.
Another reason I like kits if I'm not using a builder to put the parts together.

Yes I have spoken to a builder and different people who have done similar builds. Hey, I did a pretty good job on my last build. I just am not a big fan of kits. Just a preference.

Kits are parts put together that all match in the build. And the parts work in Harmony and cause less problems.
The kits has been tried and proven .
The kits were setup by a builder .
Trying to put your own parts together can cause you problems.
As you already know the heads need to be setup for the cams , compression and the kind of pistons you run and all.

Nope, ain't my build. I ain't riding it. You are.

Everything I do I talk to a builder.

    Sure do like kits oh.
Send the heads to the builder . Get the cams from the builder and pistons.
Like to get good lifters and all.
Got a good torque wrench. And plenty of oil in a oil cam and assembly lube.
And a good LED light over head and a stool to sit on with my bike lift and a fan to blow on me.
It was 100* here today. 53% humidity.
    Hot !

There ain't enough money in the World to make me want to move north.

I could live any place I wanted to. And it Dauym ain't gonna be up north.

If you like it up north, great for you.
But when it comes winter time and it gets cold.
Just remember. Winter is nice here compared to up there.

And if winter is so great up north.
Why in the heck do we have so many hundreds of thousands of folks from Up NORTH and from Canada down here all winter long ?

Got a couple neighbors from Canada, know one dude from Wales.
They both said they Never want to live where its cold again.

Wales is not up North In the USA its in Canada. We love the 4 seasons we get here and we don't get that cold here in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. Simply just beautiful here.

    I know where wales it.
It gets COLD there and rains a lot.

I DO NOT LIKE COLD weather.

And when it snows Its time to GIT UP IMMEDIATELY and LEAVE just like the Birds fly south.

Go to FLORIDA. Tell me how many people from up north come down there , or have moved there to live to get away from the COLD. They come down in campers and pack the places up.

Texas is FULL of people from UP north.
I have never, never, NeVER been out of the south.
And I will be 64 yrs old next month. Got no reason to leave now.

Our humidity has been over 90% for a few weeks now and temps around 90. I'd take 100 at 53%.

Come on and move down to Texas near the coast.

I'm waiting. And NO I will not come to N.Y.
Haven't heard of anybody from up north that likes the Humidity here.
And it hasn't rained here in a while now.

It shows its 58% today. Got clouds and the temp is not as high.
Yesterday and the day before it was 100*

There is up north east and up north west, big difference. The east from Colorado on is all high humidity. We don't get high humidity here. I live in the best place in the whole country period. We have deserts like Texas if that suits you, high cool mountains with beautiful lakes in abundance. We also have one of the most beautiful coast lines in the USA, man I wouldn't trade Oregon for Texas any day. Besides you got gators, big snakes, poisonous spiders and snakes plus you got them friggen Tornados. No thanks I'll stay here where it's safe. :)

That was in 08 as the signs show, now they all hate him. Don't know where you got the pic from, probably had to look really hard and those people probably all came from Florida.
