Govenor Perry said today, he is moving National Guardsman to the Border because Obama will not secure it.
There has been over 90,000 illegals to come in.
Why not keep them at the border. Why bus them to other states.
You plan on keeping them here.
Why not send about 50 federal judges down to the border and have trials and deport them

Something is wrong with the whole picture.
Obama is trying to break the welfare in this country.

Obama is trying to break the Republicans because they will not go along with his plan for immigration. In a way it's pay back to the Republican Party but really it's against all Americans and that guy should be thrown out of office.

He is Bullet Proof just like Bill & Hilary Clinton. And he has both of them in his court.
No telling how much more damage he is gonna do before he gets threw 2 1/2 more years in office.

If you voted for him, Will you stand up and tell us WHY ?

Time to update this thread and hopefully get it back on point. Not a heck of a lot of progress on this project other than a few parts being purchased. So far what I have are the cams and heads. I also purchased some cylinders and pistons but those are going to be off loaded as they were purchased as package tithe the heads. Other things that I have been doing for this project is doing some research on what it is that I will need for an EFI conversion. I have been able to locate all the items needed to do that so when the time comes, I will be able to convert it.

I decided today that it is time to get some more parts for my project. Sometime this week I will be ordering the cases. I am stoked!

Well, I was planning on purchasing my cases a couple of weeks ago but that got put on hold because I decided that I that I am going to have to talk a tad bit of a different approach to how I am going to build this engine. Instead of using the 4.060" bore with a 4.500" stroke, I opted to go with the more standard 4.125" bore with the 4.375" stroke.

I have also decided due to the advice from BaggerPaul that all major work and components are going to be done by the same person. Not sure if I have that person picked yet but I am in conversations with one very well known builder. I should be speaking with them further on Tuesday to further decide if I am going to go that rout or not. I will say that my initial conversation went well.

I have decided that I am going to go ahead and use Revolution Performance cylinders and their pistons. That stuff is expensive but it is backed with a lifetime warranty so I am ok with that.
