compensator woes

    Got a bagel joint right around the corner. 'Jew from Brooklyn owns/runs it. Boils them himself. Also biallis. Yumm.

    The right way is to boil them, then put them on a rotating oven rack and bake em. Otherwise they are just rolls with holes!

    Apparently theres some bagel guy in South FL that imports brooklyn water,
    they say that's the secret in getting that NY bagel consistency, I guess ya need more iron in yer water LOL
