I looked on my U.S. map and found Livingston. Didn't think the weather got too bad down there, except for the occasional hurricane! We got 29 degrees and 10'' of snow and still falling. You can ride if you like snowmobiles.

Part of what she says is right, but part is a bit off..... where setting the camera makes for smaller size, it does not show up until you try to enlarge. So....an example would be the 600x800 size...looks pretty good up to 4x6 or maybe 5x7 prints (most people will not be able to see any difference). BUT when you start to go 8x10 or bigger, pictures will get noticeably grainy....When choosing the higher resolution on the camera, you can print LARGER pictures....and there is some truth that the smaller pics will have better detail...but again, when you get into smaller pictures, there will become a point where you will not be able to see the difference.

Still no luck with posting pics here. I'll keep trying. In the meantime, I'm keeping my current avatar until further notice!

My wife computer does not have a SD card port reader, but she can still connect the cable from the computer to the camera.

My new camera came with a little cord and has this capability. I'm doing it right now . . . there. All the pics on now on something called 'Photosmart'. How cool is that? Now, I'm going to enlist the help of Mac the Wife to try and get a photo posted right about . . . "here".

Thanks for the vote of confidence but I don't think so. I've been trying for over a week to post a picture here and can't figure it out. I just don't think computereze. I'm leaving well enough alone. My avatar is perfect!

I use windows Live Photo Gallery. Find your pic, right click, pick resize pics off the list, a widow comes up, click select size. Pick a size or custom. Click resize.

When you do a reply, first type in the message you want. then scroll down the page until you see Manage Attachments and click it open.
Once open you will see on the upper a bunch of Brows tabs in a row. Click on the first Brows button and it will then open up your computer directors. Who knows where it will open you up to. You need to know where you stored your pics that you want to post here. I put mine in My Pictures and that folder can be in my documents or on your C: drive. You need to navigate to where you stored them. Once there choose a photo and click it and it will put the info to the left of the brows tab or button (what ever you want to call it). Once you have the picture there press the button or tab that says upload. Unless your like CB with his huge pictures you will see it uploaded. Then close back out of that area and go up to your post and click on Submit reply. I just put a pic of the wife and I. Try it with just one picture until you get the hang of it. Any questions E-mail me.:)
