Should not have hit go advanced. Simply hit reply and it is already there. You have to scroll down from the message box and you will see it. It will show up on the left side below where you type in your message. Do not hit submit reply first. Simply scroll down the page when your finished typing and as I said its on the left side as you scroll down. Once you open the Manage attachment then you hit submit reply.

I notice that these photos are Attached Thumbnails. Is there any difference between these and permanantly posting a photo that will appear on all my posts? Many, many Thanks FLHTBiker!!

Well congratulations your a expert now.Love the shop look. Nice bike, looking really good. Whats the blower hooked up that has a line going through the floor. Yep, looks like a comfy shop to work in.
The pictures you put up are a thumb nail and if someone here clicks on them they get larger and you can click on it again and it will expand out to its full size.
Yep, the thumb nail pics are different than a permanent one. To do a permanent one you need to go to your user CP and go to your signature where there is a place to upload a pic that will always stay for each post you put up.
Now that you know how to put photo's up were looking forward to lots of pics. :)

Shop looks great, you did a good job on it and on that bike, better be careful some old guy has broken in and started to take pictures of himself in your shop LOL

There really isn't a difference in the two picture methods other than doing the attachment eliminates you having to upload the pictures to a hosting site and referencing them in the message, the manage attachments is much easier... All we have to do is click on them to see them full size...

The thumb nail is a better way to go verses putting up a pic like CB does as those get so big they don't fit my computer screen. Like HRK said its also a bit easier to.
When you going to be able to get the bike on the road.

Yep I'd much rather pictures be imbedded than linked
like you said, someone posts a huge image size file
and your screen goes way over to the right,

That way you can look at bigger ones in a slide show (Fire fox does that)

The blower you asked about is actually a dust collector. The bottom hose goes under the floor and comes up underneath the tablesaw, which used to be in the middle of the shop. The upper hose goes up into the bottom of the workbench to a collector box. There are lots of 1/2" holes drilled into the top of the bench and whenever I do a lot of sanding there, the sawdust gets sucked into the dust collector. Pretty cool, and really keeps the sawdust problem to a minimum. Of course, I don't do any carpentry in the shop now with the bike in there. I can use the academy shop only a block away.
I designed & built the shop myself right after I healed up from breaking my back in 2003. I had real good pain killers then! Haha! Okay, enough chest thumping.

Mac the Wife is pretty good about stuff like that. As long as I don't infringe on her Sewing Pit as she calls it, she keeps her stuff clear of the shop. We store things in the attic and every now & then I go up and purge to make room for more stuff. That can be a battle sometimes!

Nice pictures of bike and shop--geez I'm jealous! My bike just barely fits in a corner of the garage with the cars in there too. I was going to build a separate shop for my projects, but it turned into a storage shed. UGH!
